P3 D16

This is the first time I've maintained a weight in this P3. And this is a good one to maintain. It proves that yesterday's big loss wasn't a fluke.

WOOT, it's WORKING!! Another half a week to P4 - are you planning on extending P3 a bit or no?

Definitely. There won't be much difference between P3 and P4 for me. I'll continue introducing foods I think I may be sensitive to. Dairy, chocolate, peanuts, etc. And I'll probably add fruit back in during P4.

As far as sugar and starch go, I know those can never be a regular part of my diet. When I reach my ideal weight, they'll probably be an occasional treat. Like at birthday parties and Christmas.
