Progress is progress

I lost 1.4 pounds this week. I lost half an inch from my waist and 1/4 inch from my hips. The rest of my measurements stayed the same. That's not bad for doing it all with diet and exercise. I was hoping for another 2 pound loss like I've had the last three weeks, but this is close.

I have a long way to go, but progress is progress.

Congrats. Thats about all I lost this week, and this is my first round...but hey, its still a loss, right!

I'd love to, if I considered mine a success story. I had good success during P2 an P3, but I couldn't keep the weight off. Success is defined by the long term. HCG didn't fail, I failed.
